La Spa operates daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Guests are requested to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Late arrival may reduce the actual service duration depending on availability.

5. Health and Safety

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be communicated as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to appointment availability.

9. Refusal of Service

La Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any guest in case of unsafe behaviour, intoxication, inappropriate conduct or any situation that may affect guest or staff safety.
