Cancellation & Refund Policy for La Spa

Please read our cancellation, rescheduling and refund policy before confirming any spa service or appointment.

1. Appointment Cancellation

Guests are requested to inform La Spa as early as possible if they wish to cancel a confirmed appointment. Cancellation requests are subject to booking status, service type and appointment timing.

2. Rescheduling Policy

Appointment rescheduling is allowed subject to slot availability. Guests are requested to contact La Spa in advance to check suitable alternative timings.

3. Same-Day Cancellation

Same-day cancellation may not be eligible for a refund, especially if the appointment slot has already been reserved or preparation for the service has been made.

4. No-Show Policy

If a guest does not arrive for the confirmed appointment and does not inform La Spa in advance, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if applicable, will be reviewed based on the booking condition, payment status, cancellation timing and service availability. La Spa reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests based on the situation.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be transferred to the original payment method within 14 days or as per the processing timeline of the respective bank or payment provider.

7. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Bookings made under promotional offers, special discounts or limited-time deals may be non-refundable unless otherwise confirmed by La Spa at the time of booking.

8. Service Delay or Unavoidable Changes

In case of unavoidable situations such as therapist unavailability, operational issues or other unexpected circumstances, La Spa may offer rescheduling, alternative service timing or suitable assistance.

9. Guest Responsibility

  • Guests should provide correct contact and appointment details.
  • Guests should arrive on time for the confirmed appointment.
  • Guests should inform La Spa in advance for cancellation or rescheduling.
  • Late arrival may reduce the actual service duration depending on availability.
